Lee’s Compliance provides e-learning training solutions (via THE LEGAL TEAM portal) where the customised course is completed online by employees at their own pace. Our e-learning courses are network based, intranet based or internet based and can include text, video, audio, animation and virtual environments. These effective training programmes allow employers and employees to learn anywhere and at any time as long as they are sitting in front of their computer, tablet or smartphone.
Learners work through the various modules, successfully completing each, including a series of multiple choice questions before being allowed to proceed to the next level. Once all the modules have been completed, the administrator will be sent an email confirming the successful completion of the programme.
